Parental Alienation - A Challenge in Search for a Solution
There is no other experience more emotionally challenging than being a victim of Parental Alienation. Hope in Darkness prefers to call this behavioral phenomenon Child Abuse and Domestic Violence by ProxyTM .
The Family Law has become a quagmire of confusion, insouciance and counter intuitive syndicate that enables the abuse. While the system runs the billing clocks, your children and you suffer unimaginable emotional
consequences. It almost seems purposely designed to waste time, another form of abuse.
Hope In Darkness is organized to provide strategies to Targeted (Protective) Parents who want to recover their children and navigate the Family Court System with or without attorney assistance. We
offer support services that are based on behavioral science and common sense. We understand the need for advocacy,
a hand to hold, an ear to listen and are commited to providing new tools to empower the targeted parent to take charge of their family objectives. Time is the enemy, action is the pathway to
recover your child. And, a paradigm shift in the
Family Law system is overdue and urgently needed.

WHAT OUR PARENTS HAVE TO SAY
"I was very fortunate to have found Hope in Darkness earlier this year. I have 5 kids (age 15 to 25) and my three oldest children were alienated
from me during my divorce in 2013. Luckily, I had visitation with my two youngest all the way up to the end of 2020. Then my ex‐wife decided
to attempt parental alienation on my two youngest. The 2020 Holiday season was horrible. I was unable to see my kids due to my ex‐wife blocking access.
I thought I was going to lose them forever. I was in great despair. Then I found Hope in Darkness and began to have conversations regarding a strategy
to win my kids back. After many discussions, I gained the confidence to win my two youngest kids back. I am happy to say that with the help of my great mentor,
Bill Dubree, I am seeing my two youngest kids on a regular basis now. The lesson that I learned is that I have the power to knock down barriers, and I can do it in a
positive way. Dark people like to scheme, and scheming is not for me. Hope in Darkness helped me to learn how to do things the right way. Forever thankful !!!"

NEED FOR A NEW SOLUTION
The casualties of this idiotic system, that proposes time and again the same failed strategies and expecting different results are unimaginably horrible. It is time
to throw out the entire system before it destroys another generation of children and their targeted parents that consistently result in catastrophic trauma, grief and pathologies.

Only 3 hours in and I love it. I feel like its the
Rosetta Stone of Family Law, for real. Combined
with my ABA reading list (High conflict litigation and
children held hostage) it is setting a frim foundation
for Parents Rights advocacy here in California for 2025.
Thanks to Mark Esquibel for telling me about it.

HID is always available when I need legal help
from a point of view of understanding what I'm
up against and the misguided circus that is the
family courts. The HiD approach is solid but we
need numbers and force to change this system.

Teresa S.
Hi Eric. This is Teresa (Tess) Snead. I’ve begun the Hope in Darkness Program and let me tell you, I wish I had discovered this years ago.
Over the years I've hired Dr. Childress, consulted with Dr. Harmon, worked with Linda Gottleib and the later Dr. Miller, and while I
respect them and gained valuable insight, none of that compares to what I'm getting with the Hope in Darkness program! If you need
a testimonial next week when you go live, i'd be happy to volunteer!

This course is becoming my peace. The clarity of what has
happened to my family is a two edged sword. Peace in one hand,
regret for the lack of knowledge and how clear and simple it is.

Shelly (And Forest).
It’s been a while so I wanted to say “Hi”.
Forrest and I are still being dragged along by Andy and Megan's unbelievable ability to lie and psychologically abuse Macey.
Macey is across the country and away from them which is huge (she's at the university of Oregon).
I'll pop on to a meet one of these days! I’ve been keeping busy with work and then strengthening and healing for Forrest and I.
As we continue to navigate this abuse and hell, I see more and more how you both really are the hope in darkness. The education and support that you provide for all of us is like no other!
Keep doing what you do and thanks for everything you did for us and for always being there when we need you!

Finding Hope in Darkness: My Journey to Reclaiming My Voice
Before I found Hope in Darkness Services, I was a mother facing an incredibly difficult situation with no real support system ‐ at least,
not one that truly understood what I was going through. I was being silenced, forced into submission through threats of jail time,
unlawful financial harm, and the heartbreaking removal of my children under false allegations.
I felt alone. I felt powerless.
But then, Hope in Darkness Services changed everything. They gave me the strength and support I needed to fight back, along
with the training to become my own certified expert. I learned how to speak at a higher level, using observable data to reinforce
my voice and prove my situation—showing the undeniable need for change to bring my family back together in a positive co‐parenting way.
They helped me reclaim my voice against those who tried to take it away. Through their guidance, I found people who truly listened, understood, and stood by me when I needed it most.
What I love most about Hope in Darkness Services is how they empower individuals like me who are facing adversity. They stand for resilience, justice,
and the fundamental belief that no one should have to navigate these challenges alone. Whether it’s offering guidance, emotional support, or advocating
for much-needed systemic change, they bring light to the darkest of situations and ensure that everyone has a voice.
Because of them, I am no longer silenced. I am heard. I am not alone. And for that, I will always be grateful.

Felix T.
My name is Felix, and I have a 5‐year‐old son that is being abused and alienated, from me, his biological father‐ a fit and qualified parent.
Before I entered the Family Court system, I researched and learned how corrupt the Family Court system was and how its sole purpose is to abuse the child and
parent for Fianacial gain. I contacted several organizations, and none had any real strategies or solutions. I found a real common-sense solution with Hope in Darkness.
Prior to meeting Hope in Darkness, I contacted many law firms and had paid, and free consultations and the attorneys were solely interested in the retainer and none of
them wanted to do anything different than to lead me down the family court trap/scam. The family court trap continues the abuse and domestic violence being inflicted
by the abusive parent against my son and me. I am a fit and qualified parent and like other parents in the Family Court trap, we all pay dearly financially and emotionally.
Every parent has the right to exercise their natural rights to parent a child as set forth in the US Constitution. Hope in Darkness, through its classes and daily group
discussions trained me in Learning Theory and the existing laws that parents have in the United States. Family Court violates our civil liberties and Hope in Darkness
helped me developed the knowledge and confidence to fight the numerous civil rights violations against me and my son. The Hope in Darkness solution is the only
reasonable, rational, common-sense approach to the corrupt Family Court system across the United States and Canada.
